The pool area was absolutely stunning, with a jaw-dropping view that took my breath away. The breakfast offered a mind-blowing variety of delicious options that left me wanting more. The room was cozy and warm, and the balcony provided a super relaxing spot to soak in the scenery. The hotel's convenient location near the bus stop made transportation to the ski areas a breeze. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the experience was a true delight, offering an exceptional balance between cost and benefits.

Super nice and modern hotel. Friendly and courteous staff. Restaurant next door was simply delicious! I can only recommend it but the price is different than in Germany.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not so great. We would have liked to have a selection of rolls and egg variations. A labelling of the cheese/sausage varieties would have been good. But the bread was super tasty and fresh and volatile!

Very hospitable, rooms very large, very quiet, great balcony, recommendable restaurant in the hotel. The location to the Cauma Lake is excellent.

The mattress was a little too soft for me, but not dramatically bad now.

Reception staff had very little idea: sold false lift tickets and gave false information about parking spaces, little motivation

Surprisingly large and nice pool, perfect for a refreshing swim after a day in nature. Noticeable incremental renovations, showing that the hotel is committed to improving its facilities. Very nice restaurant, offering delicious meals and possibly even authentic Italian pizza. Kitchenette in the room, convenient for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.

Nothing was bad about this hotel!

The hotel provided excellent complimentary breakfast and the room service was phenomenal. Its location was ideal, within easy walking distance of several restaurants and bars and near public transportation. The room also had a great view of the surrounding area.

The room was in need of renovation, as it was outdated and some of the furniture was worn. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and inconsistent.

Very good restaurant. A great pool. Convenient means of transport to the ski lift. Excellent, helpful staff that solves the problem.

The hotel we stayed at Easter time, was not felt in the Easter mood. Simple, cool rooms without special comfort.

I absolutely got my money's worth at Hotel Des Alpes. The room was modern and stylish, the location was perfect, and the staff treated me like a VIP.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.

Located close to all the bars in the area, it is easy to hop from one lively spot to another. The hotel is right next to the bus stop which makes travelling to nearby ski lifts convenient. the price includes transfer between nearby lifts. The rooms are cozy and spotless with stunning views. Bathrooms are well-equipped with shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast is an incredible spread of tasty delights.

The reception was understaffed and busy at times which led to a long wait for some guests.
